01

Start With the Questions Most Users Ask

This page focuses on the practical questions that come up while using Capital Chain. If you are looking for a full walkthrough, use the How It Works page. If you need terminology or step-by-step guidance, use the Docs page.

02

Getting Started

The basics you should understand before connecting a wallet or choosing a staking option.

What is Capital Chain?

Capital Chain is a crypto staking platform where users can review supported assets, compare the staking conditions shown for each option, connect a wallet, approve a staking transaction, and later manage the position through the platform.

Do I need to create an account before I can review staking options?

You can review the public staking information before committing funds. Any account or wallet requirement that applies to a real staking action should be shown as part of the actual staking flow.

Which assets can I currently stake on Capital Chain?

The supported assets currently presented are Ethereum, Bitcoin, Tether, Cardano, Solana, Stem Token, Pepe, Polkadot, and Render. Review the Staking page for the current locked and flexible figures shown for each asset.

What should I check before staking for the first time?

Confirm the asset, wallet account, network, staking amount, lock or flexible condition, reward information, fees, and withdrawal rules before approving the wallet transaction.

03

Staking

Questions about how staking positions work and what the displayed conditions mean.

What does locked staking mean?

Locked staking means the position can include a defined commitment period or access restriction. Review the condition shown for the specific asset before assuming the funds can be moved immediately.

What does flexible staking mean?

Flexible staking generally provides fewer access restrictions than a locked position, but the exact exit and reward rules still depend on the staking option shown for that asset.

Can staking conditions change after I review an asset?

Yes. Reward information, availability, network conditions, fees, and other staking terms can change. Review the current information again before you approve a new staking transaction.

Is staking the same for every supported asset?

No. Different assets and networks can use different staking mechanisms, reward schedules, lock conditions, fees, and withdrawal processes.

04

Rewards and Fees

How to interpret reward information and the costs that can affect a staking position.

Are the displayed reward figures guaranteed?

No. Reward figures should be treated as staking information, not as a guaranteed fixed return. Actual rewards can change with network conditions, staking rules, validator performance, participation levels, fees, and other asset-specific factors.

Why can reward ranges differ between assets?

Different assets can use different staking rules and reward mechanisms. A higher displayed range does not automatically mean a staking option is lower risk or better suited to you.

What fees can apply to a staking transaction?

Blockchain transactions can involve network fees. A staking option can also include a platform fee if one applies. Review the actual values shown before you approve the transaction.

Can unstaking or withdrawing also cost a fee?

It can. Unstaking, claiming, or withdrawing can require additional blockchain transactions, which may involve network costs.

05

Wallet and Security

What to verify before connecting your wallet and approving a staking action.

!
Important

Capital Chain will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet recovery phrase.

If a page, person, form, or support account asks for any of these, do not continue.

What should I verify before connecting my wallet?

Check that you are on the official Capital Chain website, confirm the wallet account you want to use, and make sure you understand the action you are about to start.

What should I do if the wallet prompt looks different from what I expected?

Do not approve it. Cancel the request and compare the asset, amount, network, and permission with the action you intended to perform.

How can I avoid fake Capital Chain pages?

Verify the domain before connecting your wallet, avoid unexpected links from direct messages or unofficial accounts, and do not trust a page simply because the branding looks correct.

Read the Security guide
Does using Capital Chain remove the risks of holding crypto?

No. Security controls can reduce preventable platform and transaction mistakes, but they cannot remove market risk, network risk, protocol risk, or changes in staking rewards.

06

Unstaking and Withdrawals

What happens when you want to leave a staking position and regain access to the asset.

What is unstaking?

Unstaking is the process of leaving a staking position. Depending on the option, there can be a cooldown, unbonding period, lock expiry, or another waiting period before withdrawal is available.

Is unstaking the same as withdrawing?

Not always. Unstaking can start the exit process, while withdrawal is the action that makes the asset available to move once the applicable conditions are satisfied.

Why is my position not immediately withdrawable?

The staking option may include a lock, cooldown, or network-specific waiting period. Review the conditions attached to the position before submitting the same action again.

What should I check before I unstake?

Check the exit conditions, any waiting period, the wallet account, the network, and any transaction fee that applies before you approve the unstaking request.

07

Support

Where to go when the answer is specific to your wallet, transaction, or staking position.

What information should I include when contacting support?

Explain what you were trying to do, which page or feature you were using, what appeared on the screen, and any public transaction reference that helps explain the issue. Never include a seed phrase, private key, or recovery phrase.

What should I do if a transaction is still pending?

Check the transaction status before submitting the same action again. A blockchain transaction can take longer when the relevant network is busy.

Where can I find more detailed guidance?

Use the Docs page for detailed guidance, the Security page for wallet and transaction safety, the Transparency page for information you can verify, and the Risk Disclosure for the main staking risks.
